The design team at BC3 began design and construction document work for the Miami Center for Architecture and Design, the Non-Profit 501c arm of the American Institute of Architects Miami Chapter. The scope involves converting the original bank lobby into an exhibition/office/conference space to house the Chapter's Headquarters and weekly events.
